Terraria ma 137 osiągnięć na Steam obejmujących całą podróż — od ścięcia pierwszego drzewa i stworzenia podstawowego wyposażenia po pokonanie wszystkich bossów i dotarcie do Władcy Księżyca. Poniższa tabela wymienia każde osiągnięcie wraz z jego warunkiem odblokowania i globalnym wskaźnikiem odblokowań (rzadkość), dzięki czemu możesz je porównać od razu. Osiągnięcia o niższym wskaźniku odblokowań zazwyczaj wiążą się z trudniejszymi, późnymi etapami gry — przydatne przy planowaniu drogi do 100% ukończenia.
