Coal liquefaction is an oil_processing recipe that converts 10 Coal together with 25 Heavy oil and 50 Steam into 90 Heavy oil, 20 Light oil, and 10 Petroleum gas in 5 seconds when executed in an Oil refinery. It is used to transform solid fuel resources into liquid hydrocarbons and gas, consuming an existing Heavy oil input and producing a net increase in Heavy oil plus byproducts of Light oil and Petroleum gas; the recipe requires an Oil refinery to craft.
