Plutonium Keychain

Plutonium Keychain is a trinket that, while worn, inflicts passive radiation buildup and gives off a green glow. It was available before version 0.9.3 and was obtained through crafting.

The item functioned as a radiation-themed companion trinket rather than a direct combat tool. Its passive radiation buildup means it is best treated cautiously, especially if the player is already dealing with environmental radiation or other sources of accumulation. The green glow also made it visually distinct from other trinkets, giving it a clear utility as a light-emitting accessory in darker areas.
