Surgical Mask

The Surgical Mask is a starting item tied to the Epimedical Bionomicist job. It is not something that can be found during normal play; instead, it is granted as part of that job’s initial gear when a character is created with the appropriate role.

As a starting medical item, the Surgical Mask belongs to the job-based loadout system rather than the usual scavenged item pool. Players who begin as an Epimedical Bionomicist will already have access to it from the start, while other jobs do not naturally obtain it through world exploration based on the available information.
