Chemical Facility

Overview
The Chemical Facility is a large production building used for processes centered on fluid inputs such as 


Its size makes it especially convenient for long, straight production chains. For example, placing six of them in a line requires 42 cells of length, or about 8 small grid squares. This makes the building well suited to equatorial layouts where factories can run in extended parallel lines.
The Chemical Facility is important for several key intermediate and advanced materials. Notable outputs include:
- Organic Crystals, used for research
Sulfuric Acid, an early fluid output
Fire Ice refinement
Plastic, which later gains additional use in progression
- Carbon Nanotubes, used in purple science and in the construction of Dyson Spheres
