Planetary Ionosphere Utilization

Planetary Ionosphere Utilization is a tech that unlocks the ability for a Ray Receiver to consume graviton lenses to boost power output and range. When a ray receiver is loaded with a graviton lens its power output is doubled and it no longer requires line-of-sight to the dyson sphere to collect its output energy. These benefits are, however, only conferred to ray receivers on planets with atmospheres.
