Status Effects

Status effects in ELDEN RING Nightreign are accumulating conditions that trigger a powerful payload once their buildup meter fills. They apply to both the player and enemies, making them a core offensive tool against high-HP bosses as well as a survival concern when inflicted on you.

Each effect builds up from repeated hits or environmental exposure, and most can be removed or prevented with a matching Bolus consumable. The table below compares every status effect — how it triggers, what it does, and the item that cures it.
