Glow Shard

Glow Shard is a hand-held electrical utility item that also functions as a defensive tool against electrical hazards. When equipped, incoming electrical damage is reduced by 50%, and Tesla Coils will not target the player. This makes it useful in areas with active electric threats, or whenever the player needs a safer way to stay close to powered machinery.

In addition to its protective effect, it provides 6 cable slots, letting it connect up to six power-consuming structures or batteries. That makes it a compact option for organizing small power networks or extending power distribution without immediately needing a larger setup.

Glow Shard can also appear in several alternate colors. These color variants are obtained at random while holding it in hand, then opening and closing any in-game menu, or by holstering and unholstering the item. The possible colors are blue, red, white, purple, yellow, and amber.
