Welding Spear

The Welding Spear is a thrown weapon that can be used even without battery charge, though its special effect only triggers when it has charge available. On a successful hit, it causes a small explosion around the impact point, damaging nearby enemies and furniture.

Its main value is area damage on impact. Because the blast also affects furniture, it is useful for clearing clustered threats or softening groups of enemies, but it can also create unwanted collateral damage in tight spaces. When used without battery charge, it still functions as a spear, but it loses the explosive payoff entirely.
