Pandorium Chestplate and Bracers is an armor item that provides a melee-focused set bonus. Its bonus effect does not trigger immediately in combat; the melee damage increase only activates after the wearer has gone 5 seconds without taking damage.

This makes the piece strongest when used in fights where you can maintain distance between hits, reposition safely, or avoid stray damage long enough to keep the bonus active. If you are interrupted often, the damage boost will drop off and you will need to wait again before it returns.
