Overview
Reinforced Liquid Tank is a liquid storage block introduced in Build 136 and classified among Erekir-exclusive liquid transport structures. It functions as a high-capacity tank that equalizes liquid between adjacent Reinforced Liquid Tanks and compatible containers, making it suitable for stable storage and buffering in complex liquid networks. The block was buffed in Build 147 when its health was increased from 860 to 900.
Reinforced Liquid Tank stacks fluid with neighboring tanks: any Reinforced Liquid Tanks placed next to each other will share their liquid content equally. This equalization behavior also applies when the tank is adjacent to a
Reinforced Liquid Container, allowing the pair to balance volumes automatically without pumps. As with other liquid-transport blocks, the
Reinforced Liquid Tank can be placed on deep liquid tiles (such as arkycite or slag) provided it sits adjacent to land. Two Reinforced Liquid Tanks placed appropriately can bridge gaps of up to six tiles of deep liquid, enabling crossings and storage placements where the
Reinforced Bridge Conduit cannot span as far.
Practical notes for use:
- Use multiple tanks in a row to create large, self-leveling reservoirs that feed factories and processors evenly.
- Pair tanks with Reinforced Liquid Containers to combine storage and quick access while preserving automatic equalization.
- Place tanks at the edge of deep-liquid bodies (adjacent to land) to extend base infrastructure across otherwise impassable liquid areas; two tanks can effectively bridge a six-tile deep-liquid gap.
- The increased health in Build 147 makes the
Reinforced Liquid Tank modestly more resilient to damage and environmental hazards.
