Fruit Smoothie is a Gourmet Food item that can be consumed for a temporary combat and movement buff. When used by the player, it grants +5% Crit Chance and +10% Movement Speed for 12 minutes. It is also useful as a morale item for settlements, since NPCs gain +35% Happiness when they consume it.

Like other food items, Fruit Smoothie has a spoilage time, and it lasts for 2 hours before going bad. Because it boosts both damage potential and mobility, it is a solid general-purpose food for exploration, combat, and travel. The happiness bonus also makes it a practical choice for feeding NPCs when maintaining a stable settlement.
