Kinetic Boots

Kinetic Boots are a random reward from Incursions and the final tier of sprinting boots. They are the strongest standard sprinting upgrade in their equipment line, but unlike Wind Boots and Ghost Boots, they do not grant a dash ability.

When sprinting, Kinetic Boots increase movement speed by +20 and +80%. Sprinting consumes stamina, which is shown in the buffs list. A full stamina bar allows about 4 seconds of sprinting, and stamina regenerates from empty to full in about 3 seconds.

There is a short delay before stamina begins regenerating after you stop sprinting. If you spend all of your stamina, that delay becomes longer and sprinting is disabled until stamina has fully recovered. Because of this, it is best to stop sprinting before the bar is completely empty so you can keep moving efficiently without triggering the full recovery penalty.
