Venom Staff

Venom Shower is a ranged weapon that creates a small temporary area on impact. Enemies standing in or walking through that area take damage, making it especially effective against enemies that do not move much.

Unlike true damage-over-time effects, the hazardous area itself does not apply a lingering status effect. Its value comes from controlling space and forcing enemies to remain inside the damaging zone, so it works best when used against stationary targets or when you can predict where an enemy will stand.
