The arcade machine houses the game Unfortunate Spacemen, a title originally released by Sandswept Studios and maintained since 2021 by Deep Field Games. Including a real in-world title gives the machine a recognizable audiovisual presentation inside arcades and certain interior locations, reinforcing the setting and offering a short, standalone play experience separate from the main game loop.

DETLOUR Arcade Machines appear in at least two fixed locations. One is placed in the Flathill arcade area, where multiple cabinets are accessible to the player. Another instance is located in the Residence Sector inside the same building that contains the character Moira Shepherd. Both placements serve to populate social and public spaces with interactive props and to reward exploration with a brief playable diversion.
