The bobblehead appears in Spillway C at the location previously occupied by the Sister of the Unlost, which lies between the Hydroplant and Power Services. The item can only be obtained after the Sister of the Unlost has departed that spot; once she leaves, the bobblehead becomes accessible where she had been standing.

• Acquisition: The bobblehead spawns only after the Sister of the Unlost leaves Spillway C. Check the area between Hydroplant and Power Services for the exact spawn; it sits in the Sister's former position.
