The figurine itself is located in a large room filled with broken robots and loose robot parts, where it sits visibly on top of an open container.

Because it is tucked into a room packed with machinery wreckage, it is easy to pass by if you are moving through the area quickly. The item is not hidden behind a complicated puzzle or a separate locked route; the main challenge is simply reaching the underwater Robotics section and checking the room thoroughly. Once inside the large debris-filled chamber, look for the open container with robot parts on it, since the figurine is placed on top of that container.
