Overview
The 
The weapon charges when it lands hits on enemies; different target types grant a fixed amount of charge per stab depending on size or state. Once charged, the staff’s secondary attack ejects the stored bioelectric energy as a psychic burst. This secondary hit deals 100 Psychic damage and bypasses both physical shields and hardlight shields, allowing the

- Prioritize hitting larger targets or finished corpses when safe to maximize charge per stab.
- The shield-ignoring nature of the psychic secondary makes it effective against shielded enemies that would otherwise resist physical hits.
- Since charging requires successful strikes, build play that preserves uptime on targets or combine with movement/ability effects that guarantee hits.
- The staff’s value scales with opportunities to repeatedly stab — in one-on-one duels the charge rate will be slower than in encounters with many enemies or when hitting large targets.
