Fallen Carpenters Bench

The Fallen Carpenters Bench is a crafting station used to craft Furniture. It is an upgraded form of the Tungsten Carpenters Bench and continues the same role as a woodworking-style workstation for advanced furniture production.

Its main advantage is that, when the Use nearby inventories checkmark is enabled, it can pull crafting materials from nearby Containers instead of requiring every ingredient to be in the player’s inventory. The range for these linked inventories is a maximum of 5 tiles in every direction, making it practical to place the bench near storage and keep furniture crafting organized.

In use, the Fallen Carpenters Bench functions like other workstations that support nearby storage access:

• It crafts Furniture recipes that are available at this tier.
• It can use materials stored in nearby Containers as long as they are within the allowed distance.
• It serves as the upgraded replacement for a Tungsten Carpenters Bench, so players building a late-game crafting area can move to this bench for more convenient furniture production.

Placing the bench close to chests or other Containers helps reduce inventory management while crafting. Since the container search area is limited, it is best set up in a compact workshop where storage and crafting stations are clustered together.
