Charging Pad

A Charging Pad is an electrically charged floor pad that instantly recharges the carried items of any character who stands on it. In gameplay terms it functions as a one-location charging station: stepping onto the pad causes the pad to deliver an electrical recharge to the items in the stander’s inventory or equipped loadout, restoring charge immediately.

The effect applies to the items physically carried or equipped by the person standing on the pad; it does not require manual interaction beyond occupying the pad’s space. The recharge occurs instantly when the pad is used in this way.

• Instantly recharges items of the person standing on the pad.
• Applies to carried/equipped items (items associated with the standing character).
• Activates simply by standing on the pad; no additional action is needed.
