Kylie (Shield Generator)

Kylie is a trinket that can be upgraded into the Shield Generator form. This transformation does not affect her story, and she does not keep the original trinket’s 10% skill experience gain while equipped.

In Shield Generator form, Kylie functions as an improved version of the original Hardlight Shield Generator. Her health is increased to 300 from 150, and otherwise she behaves identically to the base version. She cannot be upgraded further into a Zip Shield.

If the player has spoken to the Waterbot while Kylie is equipped, she can occasionally comment while worn. Her dialogue includes concern and encouragement during combat, a warning when IS-0091 is nearby, reactions to reading terminals, and a goodnight message when the player sleeps.
