STOLAS Neon Sign

STOLAS Neon Sign is a quest item found only in Dunkeltaler Forest, inside the ASO building. It does not appear to have any regular crafting or general-world use outside of that specific area progression.

Its main purpose is tied to the Dunkeltaler Forest questline, where it is needed twice: once to make the Cloak Scrambler and again to download signal data. Because of that, it is worth keeping hold of until both objectives are complete.
