Magazine Stand

Magazine Stand is a collectible item that can be salvaged from a Snag Vine at a Repair and Salvage Station. It is also found as loose loot in several areas of the world, making it more reliable to pick up during exploration than to craft or purchase.

Its main known use is in Cascade Laboratories, where it is required to repair one of the Flow Control Modules needed to open the portal to Canaan in the Particle Labs area. Because of that, it is worth keeping at least one Magazine Stand in reserve instead of scrapping every copy immediately.

Magazine Stand can be found in the following locations:

• In the small library on the second level of the Dusk Reactor area
• In the mines near the door that leads to the pool of Antejuice in Manufacturing West
• In Containment, in a cell close to Dr. Petra Peters in Cascade Laboratories
• In the Night Realm entrance area, on the right when first arriving
• In the Night Realm, on the left of a large tree in an area with a broken Defense Robot and an open view of the outside
• In the Night Realm, in a corner after entering from a portal next to a large door to the Hydroplant
• In the Night Realm, next to a tree just before the room with the 4th Nightsphere, where a Shade with dialogue is looking toward it

Since the item appears in multiple progression-heavy regions, it can serve both as a useful salvage target and as a quest-relevant component. If you are exploring the Night Realm or working through Cascade Laboratories, it is efficient to check these spawn points before deciding whether to dismantle spare copies.
