Jimmy's Boat

Overview

Jimmy will visit only if the island owner has at least a required amount deposited in their bank account. His shop closes when the player sleeps, so any purchases must be made before ending the day. Like John, Jimmy uses a trading system based on buying and selling items, but his prices are different: he pays 1.5 times more than 
Jimmy’s Boat sells a rotating stock of rare and useful goods. Most items in stock can only be purchased once per visit, and some items are always available while others change randomly between visits. Its stock can include:

Because his inventory rotates, Jimmy’s Boat is one of the best places to check for late-game tools, cosmetic items, and music cassettes that are not reliably available elsewhere. If you want to make the most of his visit, keep enough money on hand, watch the weather in the morning, and check the water routes early so you do not miss him before sleeping.
