Clothing Shop Deed

Threadspace is a clothing shop run by Clover. Once built, it becomes the place where players can buy clothing items such as hats, glasses, tops, pants, dresses, and shoes. Like other shops in town, its inventory is limited, and only one of each item can be purchased per day, even in multiplayer.

Clover will begin visiting the Visitors Site after John moves in. To unlock Threadspace, you need to raise your relationship with Clover by completing her daily jobs and spending money in her store. When Clover reaches more than 1 heart, she will ask Fletch to move in. After that, speaking to Fletch and choosing the dialogue option about the town will award the Clothing Deed, which is used to place Threadspace in the settlement.

After receiving the deed, choose a build site and place it where you want the shop to appear. Construction does not begin until all required building materials have been deposited into the box at the site. Once the materials are delivered, construction takes 2 nights to finish. The deed itself also contributes to the town’s debt, so all outstanding debt must be paid before another deed can be applied for.

The game’s shop rotation means Threadspace is most useful as a recurring source of fashion items rather than a one-time purchase. If you are trying to complete a clothing collection, it is worth checking the shop regularly and buying whatever new stock appears before the daily limit is used up. Since only one copy of each item can be bought per day, multiplayer does not increase the purchase cap.
