Mushrooms

Overview
Mushrooms are a seasonal forage item that grow during Autumn in the morning only, regardless of biome. They appear under trees and can grow on dirt, mud, and the different grass types, including mowed grass. Like other ground forage, they wilt at 12pm and can no longer be picked up after midday. You can collect them with the interaction button, or dislodge them with a weapon or tool first and then pick them up.
There are several Autumn mushroom varieties, each tied to a different terrain type: Field Mushroom grows on bushland grass, Milk Cap grows on dirt, Red Roundhead grows on mud, Slippery Jack grows on tropical grass, and Yellow Morel grows on fir grass. A separate 
Mushrooms are used in a number of ways beyond simple eating. They can be cooked or turned into recipes at cooking tables, crafted into lamps at crafting tables, and worn in the head slot as a hat. They can also be converted into stools by burying 

- Field Mushroom, Milk Cap, Red Roundhead, Slippery Jack, and Yellow Morel can all be cooked directly over a campfire or barbecue.
- On a campfire or barbecue, each of those mushrooms takes 16 seconds and produces 1 cooked item.
- Several mushroom combinations can also be used as ingredients in recipes.
- Mushrooms are a good seasonal target for farming because they can be deliberately grown and harvested rather than relying only on wild spawns.

As food, mushrooms have modest restorative value on their own, but they are especially useful when processed into recipes. Cooked Mushroom restores 5 fullness and 2 health, while the raw Autumn mushroom varieties each restore 30 seconds of fullness and 2 health. The different mushroom dishes are much stronger: Mushroom Risotto restores 25 fullness, 25 health max, 5 stamina, and 25 stamina max, while Mushroom Soup restores 20 fullness, 35 health, 3.5 stamina, and 10 stamina max. These cooked dishes make mushrooms worthwhile to stockpile once you have reliable access to them.
