Bank is a building that lets you exchange Pia and Dhaal, and borrow money from other city-states.

It is used for managing currency flow rather than producing goods, making it a useful support structure when you need to convert wealth between forms or access funds from outside your settlement. Exchange tickets are not chosen manually when used; instead, one ticket is selected at random from the tickets you currently hold.

This means the ticket type you carry in larger numbers is more likely to be consumed over time. If you have many high-value Dhaal tickets, the random selection is more likely to favor them, and the same is true in reverse for lower-value tickets.
