Overview

The Builder Flag (Obsolete) was a legacy labor-building used in early versions of Timberborn to direct beaver construction focus before the game introduced Districts and the Builders' Hut. Its primary role was to mark an area or task priority for builders, functioning as a simple way to influence where construction labor was allocated.

With the introduction of Districts and the Builders' Hut, the Builder Flag was removed from the game. Districts provide a more robust system for organizing settlements and allocating work across zones, while the Builders' Hut centralizes building tasks and worker assignment, making the flag redundant. As a result, the Builder Flag is now classified as obsolete and no longer appears in current builds.

  • The Builder Flag belonged to the Buildings and Labor categories in legacy documentation.
  • Its removal coincided with mechanics that offered finer control over workforce and construction priorities, replacing the flag's purpose.
