Greyeb

Greyeb is a plantable consumable item that can be grown from a Greyeb Seed and harvested when fully grown. It is obtained by planting the seed in a suitable Garden Plot, then collecting the mature plant for use as an item.

When consumed, Greyeb temporarily causes the Leyak to spawn more often. This makes it a dangerous item to eat outside of situations where provoking the Leyak is intentional or manageable. It does not affect Krasue.

Greyeb has one notable cultivation trait: when planted in certain varieties of Garden Plot, it does not need to be replanted after harvesting. Instead, harvesting returns the plant to a 5/5 growth stage, so it only needs to regrow a single cycle rather than starting over from the beginning. This makes it a repeatable source of Greyeb once the plant has been established.

• Use Greyeb if you want to increase Leyak activity for a limited time.
• Avoid consuming it when dealing with Krasue, since it has no effect there.
• If you have access to a compatible Garden Plot, keep the plant growing for repeated harvests rather than treating it as a one-time crop.
• Because harvesting restores the plant to full growth stage, Greyeb is efficient to maintain compared to crops that must be replanted after every harvest.
