Greyeb Chowder

Greyeb Chowder is a craftable/obtainable item associated with Greyeb materials and Greyeb Analysis Machines. It can be acquired by salvaging a Greyeb at a Repair and Salvage Station, by breaking a Greyeb Analysis Machine, or by exchanging Leyak Essence at a Quantum Exchanger found in Adjustment on level 3 of Cascade Laboratories.

Greyeb Analysis Machines are the main direct source for the item and appear in several fixed locations. The earliest known machine is in the upper level of the Adjustment Wing, in a room near the Anteverse Gem Quantum Exchanger and patrolled by a Breacher. From the hallway intersection nearby, one corner contains the Exchanger, one has a closet with crates, and a third contains the Greyeb Analysis Machine. Another machine is located in the Control Center.

Additional machines can be found in the Gale Reactor. One is in the lower area split into two sections, inside the small rooms near a large room with a Captain and a curved reception counter. Another is in a room near an elevator shaft with a ladder descending into the water below.

Because the item is tied to both salvage and machine destruction, it is most efficiently farmed wherever Greyeb Analysis Machines are easiest to reach. The Adjustment Wing source is the earliest available location, while the Reactor machines provide later-game alternatives if you are already exploring that area.
