• Close to the portal inside the small cave near Shipping.
• In the mines, near the green pipe; this spawn is reachable only after using one Optic Lens.
• In the mines, in an area with a parked truck and several containers.
• In the mines, behind one of the buildings; the area is accessible through ventilation shafts.
• Back in the tutorial area, via a portal located in the mines region close to the green pipe; this tutorial spawn also requires one Optic Lens.

Practical notes for acquisition and use:

• Breaking Mine Crates offers a random chance at a Pickaxe, so if you need one immediately and crates are available, prioritize smashing them after clearing hazards.
• When searching Manufacturing West, follow vents and check behind industrial structures and parked vehicles; several spawns are tucked out of direct sight and require navigating utility corridors.
• The green pipe landmark and the requirement of an Optic Lens are reliable indicators for at least two distinct Pickaxe locations; ensure you have or can reach the Optic Lens route to access those spawns.
• Portals connect the mines and the tutorial area; using these portals can provide a shortcut to an alternate Pickaxe spawn without backtracking across the entire region.
• The Pickaxe is described as bulky and somewhat antiquated; expect it to emphasize raw digging capability rather than any modernized or multi-tool functionality.

Do not rely on a single source of spawns: check the listed sites methodically, and combine crate-breaking with targeted searches in Manufacturing West to obtain a Pickaxe efficiently.
