Helicopter

The Helicopter is a flying vehicle in Dinkum that can be commissioned at Crafting Lab Deed after donating 35 Shiny Discs to Franklyn. Once ordered, it arrives in the mailbox the next morning. To pilot it, the player must first purchase Vehicle Licence Level 3 from Fletch, which unlocks access to flying vehicles.

Like other vehicles, the Helicopter can be customized with Paint. It also has a downward light that is visible at night, making it easier to see the ground while flying after dark. Flying a helicopter contributes to the Chopper Master milestone.

Default controls for the Helicopter are straightforward: use the movement keys or stick directions to move forward, back, left, and right, while the up and down inputs control altitude and landing. There is also a dedicated dismount/exit vehicle input. On keyboard and mouse, the helicopter can be flown with the standard vehicle movement inputs plus separate rise and descent controls.
