House Customisation Kit

Overview
The House Customisation Kit is a one-use item sold from the center display in 
To use it, place the kit on the toolbelt and use it on the door of a house or guest house. This opens a customization menu for changing the building’s appearance, and it can also be used to rename the house. If you close out of the menu before confirming, the item is not consumed.
On guest houses, the kit has an additional function after the Breezy Autumn Update: it adds an Upgrade option that increases the guest house’s interior size to 8x8. This upgrade also does not consume the item.
