Max

Max is an NPC who visits the Island to host the Fish Catching Comp. He appears at the Visitors Site only after the Museum Deed has been built and Theodore has moved in. Max visits on the 22nd of Summer and the 22nd of Winter, and the competition runs from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

During his visit, Max runs a small store from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. He sells the Comp Fishing Rod, and once you have registered for the competition he will buy fish at 2.5 times their normal price. He has no food likes or dislikes.

• Max’s tent is set up at the Visitors Site for the Fish Catching Comp.
• The competition is time-limited, so players need to register and complete their fishing within the event hours.
• Selling fish to Max after registration is one of the best ways to profit from the event.
