Torch

Overview
The
Torches can also be wired using Wiring tools and items, which lets them interact with the game’s wiring system instead of functioning only as static light sources. This gives them a small but useful role in basic mechanisms and player-built contraptions, especially where simple lighting or on/off control is needed.
- Place Torches in tunnels, rooms, and work areas to improve visibility and reduce the need to carry a light source constantly.
- Hold a
Torch when traveling through dark regions if you need immediate light without placing anything.
- Use wiring to connect Torches to mechanisms or switches when building controlled lighting setups.
- Because Torches are straightforward utility items, they are most valuable early on and in any situation where cheap, reliable light is needed.
