Weaselord
The great former king of the weasels who once ruled the world. Now a dried-up mummy, yet still holds immense power.
Overview
Weaselord is a hostile creature that begins appearing once the city’s prosperity reaches 5 or higher, taking over as a threat in place of Infected raids. It is part of the late early-game enemy progression, and its attacks become relevant as the settlement grows beyond the point where Infected are the main external danger.
At prosperity 7, all Weaselord nests disappear automatically, so there is no need to prepare for them in advance once the city reaches that threshold. Until then, however, any remaining Infected nests can cause both enemy types to attack at the same time. For that reason, it is best to destroy Infected nests as soon as prosperity rises to 5. Infected nests also do not regenerate once prosperity is at least 5, which makes that moment the safest time to clear them out permanently.
- Weaselord raids begin at prosperity 5 or higher.
- They appear instead of Infected as the city grows.
- If Infected nests remain after prosperity reaches 5, both threats can attack together.
- Infected nests stop regenerating once prosperity is 5 or above.
- All Weaselord nests are removed automatically at prosperity 7.
