Kudgel

The Kudgel is a club weapon that can appear as a reward from the chest on floor 80 of the Mines when remixed mine rewards are enabled in the Advanced Options menu at the start of a new game. It can also drop from crates and barrels on floor 100 and deeper in the Mines.

Because it is tied to the Mines rather than a shop or special event, the Kudgel is obtained through exploration and repeated runs through deeper floors. Players who want to find it sooner can focus on breaking crates and barrels once they reach the lower levels of the Mines, since those containers are part of its drop pool. When remixed mine rewards are active, reaching floor 80 may also yield the weapon directly from the reward chest, making that setting the most reliable way to see it in a fresh save.

As a club weapon, the Kudgel belongs to the same broad weapon class as other blunt melee arms found in the Mines, and it fits naturally into early- and mid-game combat progression for players who prefer close-range fighting.
