Galaxy Sword

The Galaxy Sword is a sword weapon that can be obtained by taking a Prismatic Shard to the Three Pillars in the Calico Desert. To do this, the player must hold the shard and stand on the center tile between the three pillars. The shard is consumed when the sword is acquired.

A hint for this secret is available from the Dwarvish headstone in the Graveyard. However, the hint remains unreadable until the player has obtained the Dwarvish Translation Guide.

The Galaxy Sword is notable for being protected from the normal loss rules that apply when the player’s health is reduced to 0 in the Mines. It will not be lost in that situation. Once one Galaxy Sword has been obtained, another Prismatic Shard cannot be used to repeat the process for an additional copy. If the weapon is later lost or sold, a replacement can be purchased from Marlon.

Obtaining the Galaxy Sword also unlocks the Galaxy Hammer and Galaxy Dagger in the Adventurer’s Guild shop. In the Forge, it can be combined with an unspecified weapon and an unspecified material to create an unspecified upgraded result.
