Lead Rod

The Lead Rod is a club weapon that can be found by breaking boxes and barrels, or obtained as a special monster drop. It appears in The Mines on levels 40-120 and in the Skull Cavern on levels 1-39.

Because it is available through both object breaks and monster drops, it can be acquired while progressing through the mid-to-late game dungeon areas rather than through a shop or crafting recipe. Players exploring those floors should pay attention to containers as well as enemy drops, since either source can yield the weapon.
