[Game Hotfix] - 597172

A small hotfix for the February 2024 Quality of Life update. Fixes

• All versions
• Fixed Duplicants not being able to attack critters unless they were on the floor.
• Fixed Pokeshells defending an egg getting stuck trying to attack a threat that is out of range.
• Fixed issue causing Pacus caught in a Ловушка для рыбы to sometimes become irretrievable.
• Fixed a visual issue with Signal Counters.
• Fixed issue causing Element Filter sidescreens on some buildings (such as the Складской отсек) to appear empty after switching to a different sidescreen tab.
• Fixed crash when changing graphic settings and clicking X instead of OK/Cancel.
• Fixed missing section of the Раскислитель ржавчины animation.
• Fixed layout width issue on some automation building sidescreens.
• Spaced Out! only
• Fixed a rocketry-related tooltip crash.
• Fixed bug causing buildings marked for Change Material reconstruction not to be rebuilt after deconstruction if the player was focused on a different asteroid.
• Rovers and Biobots can no longer deliver critters to the Грузовой отсек для существ. Errand type was also changed to ranching.
