Glowing Box
Overview
Glowing Box is a head-slot variable wearable added in the Night Market Update. It can be purchased from the Night Merchant Tent, and it also functions as a decorative furniture item styled like a television.
When placed or used as a display piece, Glowing Box shows different programs at specific times of day rather than staying on a single image. Its schedule is:
- 7am–8am:
- 9am and 6pm: Weather, matching the current in-game weather
- 12pm–1pm: Shopping channel / rotating jewellery
- 3pm–4pm: Winky Will cartoon
- 11pm: South city broadcast
- All other times: an empty station test screen with static
Because it changes programming by time, Glowing Box is mainly a novelty item for collectors and players who enjoy themed decorations. It has no listed utility beyond its decorative and wearable nature, but its time-based channel rotation makes it one of the more animated furniture-style items available from the
