Construction Material

Construction Material is a specialized item used in the construction of modular buildings. It is not meant to be handled like ordinary bulk resources, because its normal stack size is very small and regular Storage containers are a poor fit for it.

The intended place to store Construction Material is a Construction Warehouse, where it stacks up to 25,000. This is also the only storage type that allows a Transport Ship Port to access it for construction logistics. For modular building work, a Construction Ship Port is also required: the Transport Ship Port only delivers Construction Material to the building site, while the Construction Ship Port performs the actual construction.

• Do not keep Construction Material in standard Storage containers unless you have no alternative.
• Use a Construction Warehouse to take advantage of its large stack limit.
• A Transport Ship Port can move it to the site, but it cannot build with it on its own.
• A Construction Ship Port is necessary to complete modular buildings that use this item.
