Shrine of Dragon

Shrine of Dragon is a building that unlocks dragon-themed skills for A_Ratizen. It is associated with rain and cleanliness, and its effects focus on keeping the population’s hygiene under control. When used, it also changes the weather to rain, making it especially useful for hygiene-related management.

The building unlocks two skills:

• Clean Draco: a passive skill that reduces the rate at which all A_Ratizen lose hygiene by 10%.
• Wash Draco: an active hold skill that washes A_Ratizen within range with rainwater and restores 10 hygiene. It has an 18-hour cooldown.

Because the active skill also forces rain when activated, Shrine of Dragon can be used as both a direct hygiene recovery tool and a way to take advantage of rainy weather effects. The passive skill provides constant support in the background, so the building has value even when the active skill is on cooldown. In practice, it is most useful when a colony is struggling to maintain hygiene or when you want a convenient way to trigger rain for broader settlement management.
