Coral Gem is a high-value crafted item made from Coral. Unlike ordinary household goods such as Glass Craft or Wooden Furniture, it has no practical use beyond being exported, making it essentially a pure money item. Its main role is to convert gathered Coral into profit once a Jewelry Workshop is available.

Although Coral Gem takes time to process, its production can be kept up with by building roughly half as many Jewelry Workshops as the amount of Coral you can obtain each day. This keeps the crafting chain from backing up while still turning a steady supply of Coral into sellable goods. Since it exists mainly for trade, its usefulness depends on how consistently you can gather Coral and how much workshop capacity you dedicate to processing it.
