Slate

Slate is a building material found in the Jungle biome. It is used mainly for decoration, but it also has practical construction uses, especially when building structures that benefit from its high absorbency.

The material can be gathered locally in the Jungle biome, and for larger construction projects it can also be imported from Poison Tooth. In practice, Slate is most often used for aesthetic building work, with its most notable functional use being as a material for Slate Roof and for other structures that take advantage of its water-absorbing properties.
