Slate Roof

Slate Roof is a building block that absorbs water from above, and it does so faster than Grass Roof. It comes in two shapes: a straight version and a sloped version for use at the ends of roofs.

The straight Slate Roof can be used as an actual roof or as a foundation that supports buildings placed on top of it. The sloped version is more flexible for movement, since Ratizens can stand on top of it and also pass through it sideways, which makes it useful for creating attic-like spaces and other compact roof layouts.

• Use it when you want a stronger water-absorbing roof than Grass Roof.
• Place the straight version where you need both roofing and structural support.
• Use the sloped version at edges to make rooflines easier to move around.
• Its pass-through behavior makes it especially handy for upper-floor rooms and attic construction.
