Paper

Paper is a crafting material used in Ratopia, and it is unusual among industrial items because it is associated with two production facilities: Tannery and Handicraft Workshop. It is primarily used as a book-making material, but its overall crafting efficiency is not especially high, so Silk is usually the easier option when the goal is simply to produce books.

Paper becomes much more important for decoration. If you want to craft Small Picture, Medium Picture, or Large Picture, Paper is required for all of them, making it a mandatory resource for those decorative items.

• Use Paper when you need to make picture decorations.
• For book production, Paper works as the required material, but Silk is generally the simpler route if efficiency matters.
• Because it is tied to multiple production facilities, Paper can be part of different crafting chains rather than a single fixed method.
