Overview

The Smelter refines raw Titanium, Wolfram, and Calcium into finished products. It converts those ores into Titanium Bars, Wolfram Bars, and Calcium Blocks by processing raw material in short cycles. The Smelter is obtained as a Level 4 reward from the Training Corporation in the Corporate Terminal.

Each recipe on the Smelter consumes ore and produces an equivalent number of refined items over a two-second processing cycle. The available recipes and their production characteristics are:

Practical notes for using the Smelter:

  • Throughput and balancing: each Smelter produces 2 refined items every 2 seconds (60/min) for a single recipe. When planning production lines, match ore supply to that rate to avoid bottlenecks or idle time.
  • Input/output ratio: each recipe uses 2 ore to produce 2 refined units, so ore consumption equals refined output on a per-unit basis. This 1:1 ore-to-product ratio simplifies logistics because raw ore shipments map directly to finished-item demand.
  • Parallel processing: because all three recipes share the same cycle time and per-cycle output, multiple Smelters can be deployed in parallel to scale production of any specific refined product without changing per-unit efficiency.
  • Unlock and deployment: the Smelter becomes available as a Training Corporation Level 4 reward in the Corporate Terminal. Plan unlock order accordingly if you prioritize refining one of the three resources early.
  • Use cases: Titanium Bars and Wolfram Bars serve as intermediate materials for advanced construction and manufacturing. Calcium Blocks serve as a processed building material or component where calcium-derived blocks are required.

The Smelter provides a straightforward, high-rate refinement step for Titanium, Wolfram, and Calcium ores, enabling direct conversion of raw resources into their corresponding refined products for further use in factories and construction.
