Corporate Terminal

Corporate Terminal is a building used to claim rewards issued by Corporations. It provides an interface for spending Data Points and must be installed inside a Habitat. The device functions as the in-residence point of contact for corporate payouts and data-point transactions, allowing residents or authorized users to redeem corporate rewards without leaving the living module.

Installation requires mounting the Corporate Terminal on either a wall or the ceiling of a Habitat. It is not placeable outdoors or in non-residential modules; placement is restricted to interior Habitat spaces. The unit is compact and designed for interior mounting rather than floor placement, making it suitable for integration into residential corridors, living rooms, or communal amenity areas within a Habitat complex.

Practical notes:

• Function: Claim corporate rewards and spend Data Points through the terminal’s interface. The terminal serves as the locus for both receiving corporate disbursements and consuming stored or earned Data Points.
• Placement: Mount on a wall or on the ceiling. Do not attempt to place it on the floor or outside of a Habitat; successful installation requires an interior Habitat surface.
• Location requirement: Must be placed inside a Habitat or residential module. The terminal will not operate if installed in non-habitat zones.
• Use cases: Install in individual living units for private access to corporate rewards, or place in shared spaces within a residential complex to provide communal access. The terminal’s mounting options allow flexible positioning to suit interior layouts.
• Accessibility: Position terminals in reachable interior locations to ensure authorized users can interact with the interface without obstruction. Ceiling mounting is permitted where wall space is limited.
