Medic Helmet

The Medic Helmet is a wearable helmet that can be obtained from Medics. It has a chance to drop when a Medic is struck in the head with a Blunt melee weapon or a Bullet ranged weapon. The helmet can be knocked off even if the Medic has already been killed, so it is still worth checking a defeated Medic’s body for a drop.

Because the drop is tied specifically to head hits, the most reliable way to try for it is to focus on landing repeated headshots with the relevant weapon types. Since the item is chance-based, it may take several attempts before the helmet falls off.
